I am not in love with my order, can it be return? What if there is an issue? 

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. If there's an issue with your item, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.

Please note: While your return is on the way, we will have to wait 3-4 business days to fully proceed you your refund. 

Can I cancel my order ?

You are able to cancel your order at no penalty! You would need to cancel your order before it ships out. Please email us at support@omnikora.com to recieve assistance from our customer support team.

I have entered an incorrect address, what do i do now?

If you have mis-spelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@omnikora.com. We are unable to change the shipping address if your order ships out.
